BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

When you book an appointment with your instructor the agreement is between you and the instructor, not Jack’s Driving School. Any money or hours owing are solely between you and the instructor who you have made the booking with.

If you need to cancel a lesson, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to enable the instructor to fill the vacant slot. Your instructor will be fair, however if you cancel without notice they will be within their rights to charge the full cost of the lesson.
